ACES Activities 2021-22
1. Women’s Day Celebration
Purpose : The International Women’s Day is celebrated across the globe on March 8th. Women’s Day is quite important, which is observed to put light on the struggles made by women to attain equality. And the ACES has organized a competition to celebrate this day to appreciate the courage, progress, and struggle of women for equality, peace, and development also, to give a small tribute to our loved ones as a sign of respect and admiration.
Data : ACES gave the opportunity to every student to show gratitude to that woman in his/her life. The competition was held through google form where students had to make a short video to thank the women in his/her life. There were some guidelines of time limits and mentioning the women you’re talking about. With some different and creative ideas you can show your feelings and respect. Also, the amazing prizes were given to the best performances in the end and appreciation to participants.
2. Logo Competition
Purpose : The Association of Computer Engineering Students(ACES)
Brought up a chance to show up creativity, designing skills, animation ideas to students to showcase their talents in this field. This talent can be seen as a way to help boost the self-esteem, confidence, and assurance of youth.
Data : The very creative logo making competition was open for all branches. As per instructions the image of a current logo for reference were provided and they had to make logos using their creativity and submit through google form. The amazing prizes Will be given to the winners
3. Freshers Party
Purpose: The purpose of Fresher’s Party is to welcome new students in a friendly atmosphere and to encourage their creative impulses to boost their confidence. It is the day where seniors and juniors finally bond and unite to celebrate being part of the college
Data : In ACES, it was organized by T.Y. B.Tech. students for F.Y. and S.Y. students on 25th March 2022. The program started with lamp lighting and speech by Dr. Karbhari Vishwanath Kale, Vice-Chancellor and address by Dr. Netak Laxman D. HOD and Prof. Ladhha Manjushree, ACES Head ,DBATU, Lonere. Started with playing the great flute by Mr. Amey Pugaonkar . Senior students arranged many activities for freshers which included cultural events where everyone got a chance to showcase their talent. Refreshments were served in between the program. Students were chosen as the Mr. and Miss Fresher, respectively. The event was finally concluded with dinner. This program was coordinated by all ACES coordinators and helpers.

4. ACES Week
Purpose: The purpose of ACES WEEK is to learn various language & Technical activities to new students in a friendly atmosphere and to encourage their skills & creative impulses to boost their confidence. It is the day when seniors and juniors finally bond and unite to play fun events of ACES WEEK in the Computer Department.
Data : In ACES, Final Year & Third Year B.Tech students organized ACES WEEK for First Year and Second Year students from 18th March 2022 to 22nd March 2022. The program started with ACES WEEK’s inauguration. Senior students arranged many activities for S.Y & F.Y which included Technical & Fun events where everyone got a chance to showcase their talent. Refreshments were served in between the program. The event was finally concluded with Winners & Learners. This program was coordinated by all ACES coordinators and helpers.
